ARC Independent runs the ground floor of the Torrisdale Street building as a social venture with a focus on creative social enterprise and artists who require larger scale space with lorry shutter access. Revenue from the studios will be reinvested into facilities such as a workshop and an exhibition programme with artist residency launching in 2019. The Project Space and Workshop will be accessible by both studio and local residents.
