Torrisdale Street Studios is a new artist studio complex located just 1 minute walk from Queens Park Rail Station in the Southside of Glasgow.

We provide secure fixed licences for individual and shared studios, which are managed and serviced with communal services and additional running water rinse stations. The rent you pay includes business and water rates, service charges, management fees, refuse collection and general maintenance. As this is a new venture we will be upgrading the building's facilities as we move forward, so you can expect the edges to be smoothed as the building develops and finds its rhythm over the first year.

ELIGIBLITY
We are committed to providing studios for fine art practitioners; this includes painters, sculptors, photographers, performance media, film and video makers. We also have a dedicated studio for freelance designers looking for a relaxed but vibrant co-working space.
